ESPRESSO

2oz Espresso
Use 4oz cup for take out

Espresso is a 2oz beverage prepared from 14-18g of coffee through which clean water of 195-205F (92-95C) has been forced at 9-10 atmospheres of pressure, and where the grind of the coffee is such that the brew time is 20-30 seconds.

While brewing, the flow of espresso will appear to have the viscosity of warm honey and the resulting beverage will exhibit a thick, dark, golden crema. Espresso should be prepared specifically for, and immediately served to its intended consumer.


AMERICANO

  • Regular size (10-12oz)
    2oz Espresso with hot water
    Use 12oz cup for take out
  • Large size (14-16oz)
    4oz Espresso with hot water
    Use 16oz cup for take out

Americano/Long Black is hot water fills the cup about ¾ full then is topped with espresso for preservation of the crema.


Espresso Macchiato

2oz Espresso
Few spoons of steamed milk foam
Use 4oz cup for take out

Espresso Macchiato (stained espresso) is a 3 ~ 3.5 oz. An espresso topped with a small amount of textured milk or foam only.


Cortado

2oz Espresso
3oz Steamed milk
Use 8oz cup for take out

Cortado is an espresso mixed with roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity.


CAPPUCCINO

2oz Espresso
6oz Steamed milk
Use 8oz cup for take out

Cappuccino is a coffee and milk beverage that should produce a harmonious balance of rich, sweet milk espresso. A cappuccino is prepared with espresso, textured milk and foam. A minimum of 1 cm of foam depth.


FLAT WHITE

2oz Espresso
6oz Steamed milk
Use 8oz cup for take out

Flat White In general, espresso with steamed milk. Topped with micro-foamed milk ½ cm of foam depth.


LATTE

  • Regular size (12oz)
    2oz Espresso
    10oz Steamed milk
    Use 12oz cup for take out
  • Large size (16oz)
    4oz Espresso
    12oz Steamed milk
    Use 16oz cup for take out

Caffe Latte (milk coffee) served in size 12oz. Espresso with steamed milk. Topped with micro-foamed milk. A minimum of 1 cm of foam depth.


MOCHA

  • Regular size (12oz)
    2oz Espresso
    1 Scoop of chocolate powder
    10oz Steamed milk
    Use 12oz cup for take out
  • Large size (16oz)
    4oz Espresso
    1.5 Scoops of chocolate powder
    12oz Steamed milk
    Use 16oz cup for take out

Caffe Mocha (coffee & chocolate) served in size 12oz. Combine espresso, milk and chocolate. Most of the beverage is steamed milk and topped with micro-foam.
