How to store / consume our baked goods

Even though we recommend finishing them in a day, We know that sometimes you can’t finish them all in a day!

All desserts and pastries with cream, fresh fruits, or glaze (such as strawberry shortcake, strawberry/black sesame/raspberry matcha/hazelnut/yuzu coconut croissants) need to be refrigerated overnight then consumed in the next day as they get soggy after, and anything without cream/glaze/fruit you can keep them in the airtight container at room temperature, then toast them in a preheated oven at 175C for 5 minutes or more.


Food allergy

Little Pebbles offers products that contain wheat, nuts, butter, milk and eggs. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies, even when the certain products do not include such ingredients.

Even though we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies, there is always a risk of contamination. (e.g Daifuku Mochi is gluten and dairy free, however it may come in contact with flour in our small kitchen despite our effort) There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial ingredients we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice.

Therefore, customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk, and Little Pebbles will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while consuming our products.
