Introducing Japanese classic - Matcha Strawberry Shortcake! Layered with fresh strawberry slices and fluffy, airy genoise made in churn 84 European butter, covered in freshly Matcha white chocolate whipped cream. Perfect for special occasions (decoration may look different from the photo).
Size: 7" diameter, serves around 6-8 people
All of our cakes are baked by one person in batches, and texture & consistency of each genoise is inspected by baking team during the cutting process. Also, all of our whole cakes are freshly made based on the pickup time to ensure maximum freshness, and our team takes a photo of each whole cake and keep them in our record to ensure consistency of presentation.
For those who prefer softer, chiffon-like texture of genoise (which is typically made of canola oil instead of butter like our genoise), we recommend keeping the cake in the fridge for a few hours, as fresh genoise is airy and crumbly and often get mistaken as “dry”. Some mistakenly think browned ‘crust/bottom’ on our genoise is burnt or overbaked, but we’d like to assure that it is completely normal and how it supposed to look.

Please provide us with the pickup date(Minimum 24-hour is required prior to the pickup).
For those orders placed with shorter than 24-hour limit pickup time, the orders will be cancelled.
Please present your order number to our staff upon the pickup.
Late pickup outside of our open hour is not possible, and your item will be discarded at the end of the day, unless you contact us on the day of your scheduled pickup time, which then we can keep the item for one more day.
In case of late pickup, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the item(s) after original pickup date.
If you arrive earlier than scheduled pickup time, will not be ready and we will not able to accelerate your order.
Any special request (additional deco, custom writing, etc)must be made at the time of order and there may be additional surcharges.
If you are planning to postpone pickup date & time, please let us know 24 hours in advance from scheduled pick up time because every item(s) are made as late as possible to achieve maximum freshness. Pickup date & time can be changed only once, and it cannot be rescheduled within minimum 48-hour from the pickup time.
After changing the pickup date & time, the order will become non-refundable.
Any cancellation that is requested less than 24 hours from the pickup time will not be refunded.
All cakes must be refrigerated to ensure fresh texture and flavor, as the fresh whipped cream melts quicker than buttercream-based cakes.
We strongly recommend to finish the cake within 2 days since picking up to experience the best texture and flavor as we intended.
Little Pebbles is not liable for any damages to the cakes and other desserts after pick up.
If you have any issue with the cake you picked up, please take a detailed photo along with description of what the issue is, otherwise we will not be able to take any further action.
